Part Time Customer Service Rep

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process the following type of transactions per bank procedures: checking and savings deposits, check cashing, savings withdrawals, processing loan payments.
  • The sale of cashier’s checks, money orders, and convenience cards.
  • Aid with night depository, vault duties and scanning as assigned.
  • Maintain accuracy of transactions and verify accuracy by balancing the cash drawer daily.
  • Identify fraudulent activity to help prevent potential loss for the bank.
  • Maintain logs and records related to responsibilities with accuracy and accountability.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills and strong customer service.
  • Cash handling experience/previous CSR/Teller experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills required.
  • Excellent keyboarding, calculator and personal computer skills required.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Benefits

  • Part Time position, 20-25 hrs per week with rotating Saturday mornings.
