1 Part-time customer service agent with 60 monthly hours

Requirements

• Shopify, Gorgias, and Customer Service experience
• Must have love and enthusiasm for makeup
• Patient and empathetic, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with care and understanding

Responsibilities

• Email, Chat, Back-office Tasks
• B2B and B2C: Managing inbound inquiries and orders (Emails and tickets)
• Assisting with product recommendations (e.g., color matching)
• Answer inquiries about the product and ensure to save the sale
• Records any product concerns diligently
• Additional tasks may include data entry into QuickBooks

Nice to have

• A previous experience in makeup is ideal

• Support Hours: Mon-Fri 12 pm - 3 pm ET
