Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks such as cleaning classrooms, corridors, restrooms, and windows
• Manage building repairs and set up for events
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Regulate climate control systems
• Perform groundskeeping duties
• Manage inventory
• Conduct safety inspections of electrical and fire equipment
• Open and close the building, securing premises
• Handle deliveries and storage
• Assist with various maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Report damages
• Comply with policies and directives from supervisory staff
