About the Role

Custodian responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeping buildings and grounds neat and free of debris.
• Regulating climate control systems to ensure comfort and efficiency.
• Performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, disinfecting toilets, and cleaning fixtures.
• Moving furniture and custodial equipment as needed.
• Reporting repairs, damages, and maintenance issues promptly.
• Assuming building security, opening and closing the facility, and ensuring all doors and windows are secured.
• Raising and lowering the school flag daily.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the administration.

• Demonstrated ability to fulfill performance responsibilities effectively.

Skills

• Ability to perform cleaning, maintenance, and security tasks, with attention to safety and efficiency.

Evaluation

Performance assessed based on established policies for support personnel.
