Part Time - Curbside Server

Responsibilities

• Answer curbside phone promptly, assist guests with food and beverage questions, and promote sales.
• Use guests' names during calls and order pickup to enhance experience.
• Take, record, and process food and beverage orders using a computer system, ensuring accuracy.
• Process payments and deliver orders to guests curbside in a timely manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to uniform and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve guest experience and communicate guest issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of server experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, salesmanship, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and ability to follow training protocols.
