Part-Time CT Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a travel assignment. You will operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepare and position patients, and follow safety protocols. You will collaborate with radiologists to acquire high-quality images, maintain equipment, and accurately document patient information.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Follow safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
• Collaborate with radiologists to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain CT equipment and perform routine checks
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results
• Provide compassionate patient care
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• At least one year of recent CT experience
• Valid radiology license
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills
• Ability to handle and operate imaging equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

Preferred candidates hold ARRT certification and additional relevant licenses.
