Responsibilities
- Affirms all dietary procedures.
- Safely and effectively operates all kitchen equipment.
- Establishes food production line to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride.
- Prepares and serves nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary Arts training preferred.
- 2 years of dietary experience.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Leadership ability and willingness to work with and supervise personnel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Primarily a standing position, may require extended periods of standing.
