Responsibilities

  • Affirms all dietary procedures.
  • Safely and effectively operates all kitchen equipment.
  • Establishes food production line to ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride.
  • Prepares and serves nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary Arts training preferred.
  • 2 years of dietary experience.
  • Knowledge of dietary procedures, related laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Leadership ability and willingness to work with and supervise personnel.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Primarily a standing position, may require extended periods of standing.
