Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a real estate management firm seeking a Part-Time Controller to lead their team. They expect for this person to work 3 days / 24 hours per week. About The Opportunity Company was founded in 2014 and continuing to grow Portfolio includes a mix of commercial and residential propertiesThis role reports directly to the CFO and has process control for month-, quarter-, and year-end close Key Responsibilities For The Par-Time Controller Own month-end close for 20 propertiesOversee portfolio closes for 4 property accountantsCoaching these individualsBudget to actuals, variance analysisCalculate quarter-end investor distribution Qualifications For The Part-Time Controller Bachelor's degree in accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years)5+ years of progressive experience in property accounting with 2+ years in a management roleExperience with Yardi softwareAvailability to work 24 hours per week within M-F timeframe Hourly Rate, depending on experience: $85 - 100 per hour
