The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. This position is perfect for someone who is dependable, friendly, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors professionally
- Monitor building entry and maintain visitor logs
- Assist residents with general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Report building concerns or incidents to management
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Previous concierge, front desk, porter, or customer service experience is a plus
