Part-Time Concierge Position

Emprime Solutions LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Concierge to provide excellent service to residents and guests while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property. Responsibilities Assist residents and guests with general requests.Sort and organize packages by building and apartment number.Keep the package room clean and organized.Maintain and restock coffee stations.Restock dog treats, gym towels, wipes, and other amenity supplies.Wash, fold, and restock gym towels.Monitor supplies and notify management when items are running low.Return shared equipment to its designated location.Complete and sign the daily checklist.Report property needs or concerns to management. Schedule Monday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM The schedule will be shared among approximately 3 employees, with each employee working 2–3 days per week. Qualifications Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.Strong organizational and communication skills.Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property experience preferred.Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized environment.
