Duties
- Manage the front desk
- Greet residents and visitors
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Provide exemplary customer service
Requirements
- 2-4 years Concierge, Front Desk, or customer Service experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule; any day of the week including weekends.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, enthusiastic, resourceful.
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Greet and assist residents and their guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Answer the telephone, provide information, forward calls and take messages as necessary.
- Ensure the safety and security of the apartment community.
- Watch surveillance cameras diligently.
- Contact the police department as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay

Schedule
- Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Evening & Weekend Shift: Two to three weekday evenings: 7:00 PM -11:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
