Part-Time Community Relations & Sales Representative

Senior Helpers of Melbourne is looking for a warm, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Relations & Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout Brevard County. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys networking and connecting with healthcare professionals but prefers a flexible schedule. Whether you're retired, semi-retired, or seeking meaningful part-time work, we'd love to meet you.

At Senior Helpers, we help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Every relationship you build connects families with compassionate care when they need it most.

Responsibilities

• Become the face of Senior Helpers by building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physician offices, and senior communities.
• Build relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver marketing materials, treats, and educational resources.
• Make follow-up phone calls and emails to referral partners.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to grow referrals throughout Brevard County.
• Represent Senior Helpers with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm.
• Keep detailed notes of visits and referral opportunities.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals.
• Organized and dependable.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Reliable transportation.

Healthcare, sales, marketing, nursing, or senior care experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule, primarily Tuesday through Thursday.
• Daytime hours.

Pay
