Part Time Community Associate

About the role

A Community Associate at IWG works closely with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain a community within the center. You will handle administrative and support needs, allowing customers to focus on their business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day needs such as Wi-Fi codes, package deliveries, meeting room setup, and technical support (e.g., projectors, printing).
• Manage and resolve customer requests, including temperature adjustments in offices and invoicing.
• Organize and promote networking events, including creating e-invites, posters, and outreach to customers and prospects.
• Ensure the center is prepared for daily operations, including tidying up and addressing any issues left by cleaners.
• Handle incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate resources or services.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided for invoicing purposes.
• Engage with prospects to showcase the benefits of the IWG community and encourage membership.
• Coordinate with the City Manager for guidance or assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships and empathize with customer needs.
• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
