Part-Time Community Associate

About the role

As a Community Associate you will work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a vibrant community within your center. You’ll handle administrative and support tasks so customers can focus on running their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Arrive before opening to ensure the center is ready and address any cleaning oversights.
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi codes, package retrieval, directions, projector setup, and coffee recommendations.
• Verify service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Sort incoming mail, notify customers of package arrivals, and handle related inquiries.
• Support customers with printing, invoicing, and temperature issues by opening tickets in the service portal.
• Organize weekly networking events: draft e‑invites, create and post posters, and coordinate logistics.
• Promote IWG to prospects and encourage them to join the community.
• Manage meeting‑room usage, guide groups to nearby dining options, and maintain a tidy environment.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills with a talent for building professional relationships and empathizing with customers (ideally 1 + year of customer‑service experience).
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptability to fast‑changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legal eligibility to work in the country and age of at least 18 years.
