Typical Shift
- Travel to the home of your assigned client
- Mismatch Care Professionals’ skills to the clients' needs
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Outings
- Medical appointments
- Showering
- Toileting
- Medication reminders
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Oral care
- Escorting
- Transferring
- Any other ADL or IADL according to the client’s needs
Candidate Profiles
Successful Care Professionals come from various backgrounds and skill levels including:
- At least 6 months of relevant caregiving experience
- People with caring hearts
- Caregivers or CNAs who enjoy assisted living, or skilled nursing but want a change from a facility
- New CNA graduates

Pay & Benefits
- $23.00 per hour
- $500 sign on bonus to all new hires

Schedules
- Part-time Shifts
- Days - Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnight, Holidays, After school
- Other - On call locations: Grand Junction, Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Orchard Mesa, Delta, Olathe, Montrose, Parachute, Rifle
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
- Able to lift 25 lbs or more
