Typical Shift

• Travel to the home of your assigned client
• Mismatch Care Professionals’ skills to the clients' needs
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Outings
• Medical appointments
• Showering
• Toileting
• Medication reminders
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Oral care
• Escorting
• Transferring
• Any other ADL or IADL according to the client’s needs

Candidate Profiles

Successful Care Professionals come from various backgrounds and skill levels including:

• At least 6 months of relevant caregiving experience
• People with caring hearts
• Caregivers or CNAs who enjoy assisted living, or skilled nursing but want a change from a facility
• New CNA graduates
• Empty nesters seeking a service-oriented part-time job

Pay & Benefits

• $23.00 per hour
• $500 sign on bonus to all new hires

Schedules

• Part-time Shifts
• Days - Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnight, Holidays, After school
• Other - On call locations: Grand Junction, Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Orchard Mesa, Delta, Olathe, Montrose, Parachute, Rifle

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
• Able to lift 25 lbs or more
