Skandia Mobile Country Club sits in Huntington Beach, a 167-home manufactured housing community managed by Investment Property Group, a firm that owns and operates over 150 properties across 13 states. This part-time Clubhouse Monitor role is a straightforward position with a specific scope: opening and closing the community's shared amenities on a consistent weekly schedule, and keeping those spaces safe and presentable for residents.

Schedule

The schedule runs Monday through Friday evenings for closing duties, plus Saturday and Sunday mornings and evenings for both opening and closing. That adds up to roughly 10 hours per week, including holidays.

Pay

$17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Securing the clubhouse, laundry room, and pool area each night
• Reopening those same spaces on weekend mornings
• Testing and logging pool water chemistry using established procedures
• Restocking bathroom and kitchen supplies
• Clearing debris or spills
• Removing standing water from the pool deck to reduce slip hazards
• Inspecting the clubhouse after resident rentals to confirm it's been left in proper condition
• Reporting anything that rises to the level of a genuine concern to the park manager promptly

Requirements

• Availability for approximately 10 hours per week, including weekday evenings and both weekend days
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfort following safety protocols and documenting results accurately
• Dependability and punctuality, consistently, not occasionally
