About the role
Provide clinical social work services in an emergency and inpatient setting, assisting patients and families with personal, medical, and environmental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial and risk assessments
- Develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and community agencies to ensure effective discharge and outpatient care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work
- Strong clinical skills with experience in therapeutic modalities
- Previous hospital social work experience preferred
- LCSW licensure in MA required; LICSW preferred
Applicants from diverse backgrounds encouraged; Spanish skills are a plus.
Schedule
Overnight position, Friday and Saturday nights from 9:30 pm to 8 am.
