Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic data capture (EDC) systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity.
  • Resolve data queries promptly by reviewing source documentation, clarifying discrepancies, and updating records as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical and regulatory standards to protect participant safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced research environment by prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
  • At least 2 years of experience with clinical trials in a research setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with query resolution in clinical research.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical research, particularly in Infectious Disease or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Experience in patient recruitment and engagement for clinical studies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to support study compliance and audit readiness.
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients, research teams, and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Work Environment

The environment requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work extensively with electronic data capture systems, clinical documentation, and patient-facing activities. Professional attire suitable for a clinical and office-based research environment is expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
