are responsible for mentoring nursing students in inpatient clinical settings, connecting classroom learning with real-world patient care. They develop clinical assignments, correct coursework, and may teach didactic content under supervision. Qualified candidates should hold a master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, possess an unencumbered RN license in Hawaii (Illinois license preferred), and have at least two years of recent clinical and instructional experience. Active BLS certification is required. Skills include strong clinical expertise, communication, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve. They must adhere to all regulatory standards and contribute to program development and student success. Schedule varies based on course needs, typically involving 12-hour shifts over 1-2 weeks per session. Compensation ranges from $1,120 to $7,245 per assignment.
