Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to standards of nursing practice.
• Educate patients and families on managing their illness, including post-treatment care and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality improvement, and regulatory activities; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and psychosocial needs.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all care activities, maintaining alertness and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
