Part-Time Cleaning Technician Job Summary We are hiring two reliable, hardworking people to clean walls on a project in downtown Cape Coral. This is hands-on, physical work. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic matter more than experience, and we will train the right people. Part-Time Cleaning Technician Responsibilities Mop and wash walls using company cleaning equipment and solutions.Prep work areas and protect floors and fixtures.Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.Keep the job site clean and organized.Work as a team to complete assigned areas on schedule.Report any damage or concerns to the crew lead.Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards. Part-Time Cleaning Technician Qualifications And Experience Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site in downtown Cape Coral. Background Check and Drug Test: Must pass a background check and drug test. Physical Requirements: Able to stand, reach overhead, bend, and perform repetitive motion for long periods; comfortable using ladders or extension poles. Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Age: Must be 18 or older. Experience: Previous cleaning, janitorial, painting, or construction experience preferred, but not required.
