Overview
The Chorus Operations Manager reports to the Director of Choral Studies and works closely with SFGC senior staff. This position oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the San Francisco Girls Chorus and provides superior customer service to families and students.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations of the San Francisco Girls Chorus
- Provide superior customer service to families and students
- Coordinate with senior staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle inquiries and requests from families and students
- Manage schedules and logistics for rehearsals, performances, and events
- Assist in event planning and execution
- Support the Director of Choral Studies with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of choral music and/or youth education a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., music education, administration, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Pay
$25.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule
Regular business hours with some evening and weekend hours required for rehearsals, performances, and events.
