About the role
The Right At School Childcare Program Manager oversees quality enrichment programs, develops a team, and collaborates with school staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality enrichment programs using Disguised Learning curriculum
- Develop and coach a team passionate about creating a safe, fun, engaging environment
- Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
- Participate in local community events to build the Right At School brand
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong classroom management skills with appropriate positive discipline techniques
- Works well in a team environment
- A passion and drive to inspire a love of learning and engage children in fun and interactive activities
- Two years of direct experience working with children under 13
- One year of supervisory experience
- Age 18+
- Proof of high school diploma or equivalent and 12 credits from 100 class or above in college coursework
- Meet state-specific requirements such as FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, Proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card
Qualifications
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field
- Communication skills: oral, written, and visual with adults and children
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
