About the Role
Right At School has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful extended day enrichment programs for more than a decade, serving more than 35,000 students in 17 states. Our programs give students a place to learn, play, grow, and be kids through before school, after school, and break camp offerings. Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety, well-being, and attention of all children
- Support homework completion, lead fun fitness activities, and guide children at play
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- Proof of High school diploma/GED
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements: FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, cleared TB, proof of MMR, and Food Handlers Card
- 18+ years of age
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs

Pay
$18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, split shift with full availability required
- Before School Shift: 6:30am–9:00am
- After School Shift: 2:30pm–6:00pm
- Actual schedule will vary based on program needs
