Pay Range: $21.57-$22.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Right At School Childcare Program seeks educators to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give parents peace of mind. Founded over a decade ago, we serve more than 35,000 students in 17 states.

Responsibilities

  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations
  • Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
  • Communicate effectively with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Mentor and guide children with special needs

Requirements

  • Proof of High school diploma/GED required
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements: FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and Food Handlers Card
  • 18+ years of age

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Works well in a team environment
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
  • Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
  • Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs
  • A love for children!
