About the role

Educator Right At School provides before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. The mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission-driven individuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by reviewing goals and updates, sharing ideas, discussing professional progress, encouraging collaboration, and promoting team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with program objectives, including structured fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate effectively with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• Passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR.
• Cleared for tuberculosis testing.
• High School diploma or GED.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on education and experience.

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 7am-7:45am and 2:15pm - 6pm.
