Job Summary

Right At School seeks educators to provide before and after school extended day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. The mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind by building a team of mission-driven individuals.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Lead by Example: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals.
• Monitor Environment: Address potential hazards, follow safety protocols, document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Minimum 18 years of age, High School diploma/GED required, pay rate based on qualifications.
• Customer Service and Relationship-Building: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Teamwork: Works well in a team environment.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Commitment: Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
