About the role

Handspring is an impact-driven organization dedicated to rebuilding pediatric behavioral health care. Join our fully remote team offering flexible part-time options, guaranteed minimum pay, malpractice coverage, and a supportive clinical community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8–17 and young adults 18+
  • Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions via telehealth
  • Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed

Requirements

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
  • Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools
  • Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions

Qualifications

  • Not opted out of Medicare
  • Willing to be cross-licensed in additional states

Pay

  • Reduced Part-Time (8–11 clients/week): Guaranteed monthly floor: $700–$800/month
  • Regular Part-Time (12+ clients/week): Guaranteed monthly floor: $1,400–$1,600/month

Schedule

  • Available Hours (All EST): Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
    Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
