About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week. Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate. Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Requirements

  • License: Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania
  • Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (costs covered by Two Chairs)
  • Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
  • Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
  • Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: Clinical rate $58.50/hour (including mandatory training) for Pennsylvania residents; out-of-state clinical rates range $58.50–$85/hour. Administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) $17.50/hour. Semi-monthly pay.
  • Caseload flexibility: Select weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Interview Process
