About the Role

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

  • Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week
  • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
  • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Requirements

  • License: Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania
  • Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (cost covered)
  • Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions (ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients)
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
  • Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
  • Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool.

Compensation

  • Clinical rate: $58.50/hour (including mandatory training) for Pennsylvania residents; out-of-state clinical rates range $58.50–$85/hour
  • Administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations): $17.50/hour
  • Semi-monthly pay

Schedule

  • Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients
  • Session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday
