Part-time Child & Adolescent Mental Health Therapists (North Carolina)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8–17 and young adults 18+
• Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions via telehealth
• Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed

Requirements

• Licensed in North Carolina: LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
• Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions

Qualifications

• Not opted out of Medicare; willing to be cross-licensed in additional states

Pay

• Flexible Part-Time Options: Reduced Part-Time (8–11 clients/week) - Guaranteed monthly floor: $600–$700/month, Clinical session rate: $60–$70/hour, Documentation time rate: $25/hour, Consultation rate: 50% of clinical rate, Paid sick time included — accrue up to 40+ hours per year, based on hours worked, Malpractice coverage included, Annual rate increase (performance-based)
• Regular Part-Time (12+ clients/week) - Everything In Reduced Part-Time, Plus Guaranteed monthly floor: $1,200–$1,400/month

Schedule

• Available Hours (All EST): Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We’re looking for
