About the Role

We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Psychologists) in North Carolina to provide high-quality virtual therapy to children, teens, and young adults (ages 4–30).

Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
- Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via a unified digital dashboard.
- Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
- Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- (Optional) Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold an active, independent clinical license in the state of North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
- Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
- Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
