Part-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

About the role

This position provides therapy services at both Otterbein Cridersville and Otterbein St. Marys SeniorLife, two welcoming senior living communities in Auglaize County, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide therapy services
• Work closely with residents to promote independence and quality of life
• Adhere to best practices in occupational therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with older adults

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation
