Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide (North Philadelphia/Bucks County, PA OR West Philadelphia/Montgomery County, PA)

About the role

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice team in the Philadelphia, PA region. This role includes evenings and weekends and covers two service areas: North Philadelphia/Bucks County, PA and West Philadelphia, PA/Montgomery County, PA.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5-6 patients.
• Provide or assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin, and nail care.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequent turning/positioning of bed-bound patients.
• Support prescribed exercise and range-of-motion (ROM) activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping in the patient’s personal space, including changing bed linens and handling patient laundry.
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition to the Nurse.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Meets state training requirements, including a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training (with at least 16 hours of supervised practical training and 16 hours of classroom instruction).
• One year of experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide (hospice experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, insured automobile in good working order, and current auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Starting pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
