About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during inter-facility transportation of critically ill or injured adult and pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage critically ill or injured patients during transport
- Support and execute physicians' orders
- Ensure a safe, clean environment and perform regular equipment checks
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel
- Maintain required certifications and support team leadership
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience or 5 years ED/CCT experience
- Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS-C certifications
- Additional certifications (e.g., PHTLS, NRP) to be obtained within 6 months
- Critical care transfer experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ongoing training and adherence to professional standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CEN, CCRN, TNCC, or ENC
Pay
$45–$55 per hour
Schedule
Part-time, night on-call
