Since 1974, we've supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. Pay and schedule

• Pay class: Part Time
• Hours: Friday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Pay rate: $9.00 per hour with opportunities for approved overtime
• Driver requirement: Current driver's license with 1 year driving history without restrictions
• Site location: Lewisville, TX

Responsibilities

• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
