Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas
• Support residents in maintaining independence and promoting their dignity and safety
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed
• Engage residents in life skills and other enrichment activities

Qualifications

• Preferred Certified Nurse’s Aid certification
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
