Part-Time Canvasser / Business Development Rep (BDR)

About the role

LIME Painting of Westchester is a luxury painting and restoration company serving Rye, Scarsdale, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, and surrounding communities. The company specializes in high-quality residential and commercial painting, coatings, restoration, cabinet refinishing, carpentry, drywall repair, and other property improvement services, with a focus on craftsmanship, premium materials, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and distribute door hangers to promote LIME Painting services.
• Engage with homeowners and businesses in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.
• Help generate leads and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Follow up on leads and support efforts to convert prospects into clients.
• Learn about LIME Painting's services, including residential and commercial painting, interior and exterior painting, restoration, and specialty services.
• Document outreach efforts and track performance using company tools.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.
• Represent LIME Painting with energy, confidence, and enthusiasm!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based outreach role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with homeowners, business owners, and community members.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Interest in growing within sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.

Pay

Part-time position
Base Salary: $18-$25/hr based on experience
