Responsibilities

  • Outreach to prospective clients.
  • Generate appointments with qualified leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and potential fit.
  • Travel to industry events to represent Floatbot and network.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to engage potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Floatbot’s products/services and their value proposition.
  • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • 1-15 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passionate about AI and its applications in various industries.
  • Proven ability to outreach, generate appointments, and qualify prospects.
  • Experience working in a vertical industry market is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are also essential.

Pay

Base: $40,000 - $50,000
Target Based Commission
OTE: $60,000 - 80,000
