Responsibilities
- Outreach to prospective clients.
- Generate appointments with qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and potential fit.
- Travel to industry events to represent Floatbot and network.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Floatbot’s products/services and their value proposition.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 1-15 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Passionate about AI and its applications in various industries.
- Proven ability to outreach, generate appointments, and qualify prospects.
- Experience working in a vertical industry market is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are also essential.

Base: $40,000 - $50,000
Target Based Commission
OTE: $60,000 - 80,000
