About the role

A Breakfast Café Server creates memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and promptly.
• Learn menu items, take orders, and input them into the Point of Sale system.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of service stations.
• Present checks, thank guests, and invite future visits.
• Perform cleaning tasks following health standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages.
• Effective communication in English.
• Ability to memorize and promote menu items.
• Physical ability to transport trays in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and motivation during busy and slow periods.
• Cash handling proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
