Part-Time Cafe Associate
About the role
Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Food & Beverage Associate to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. Our Food & Beverage Associates are “people persons” to their core—motivated by helping others, passionate about food, and energized by meaningful connections.
As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll play an active role in the full guest experience by preparing and assembling menu items, crafting smoothies and beverages, and delivering high-quality food with consistency and care.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, assembling, and presenting fresh menu items, smoothies, and beverages to Midtown standards
- Serving and delivering our members’ favorite meals with pride, energy, and attention to detail
- Suggesting food and beverage options based on member preferences and lifestyle goals
- Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a safe and sanitary café workspace
- Building lasting relationships with members and team members through genuine connections and conversation
- Engaging with members, guiding them through menu options, and ensuring every order is executed accurately
- Anticipating problems and taking preventative measures for our members
- Participating in member events that include the food & beverage department

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage, café, or kitchen environments
- Teamwork and collaboration as part of your DNA
- Current ServSafe certification
- An insatiable desire to deliver exceptionally consistent and meticulously prepared food & beverages as your language of hospitality

Pay
$15 – $17/hr
