The Ideal Candidate

• Take pride in your work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building
• Culture Fit: Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others

Skills

• Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting

Physicality

• This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs

Education

• A high school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Average of 15-20 hours per week
• The Shift: 2-3 shifts per week during the day (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or evening shift (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR
