About the Role

As a Utility Buffet Server, you will create enjoyable dining experiences for residents by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring timely service. You will maintain cleanliness, handle equipment safely, and support team efforts to uphold sanitation standards. Effective communication, professionalism, and attention to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and handle dishware carefully
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and service runs smoothly
• Respond professionally to feedback and escalate issues when necessary
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and confidently
• Assist team members with support tasks and follow safety protocols
• Maintain high sanitation standards in food prep areas

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old to operate certain equipment
• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to obtain food handler permits within two weeks
• No prior experience required
