Part Time - Buffet Server

About the Role

As a Utility Buffet Server, you will create welcoming dining experiences for residents by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and customizing portions. You will ensure cleanliness, handle dishware carefully, and maintain a visually appealing exhibition line during meal service.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly atmosphere by engaging professionally with residents and guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including pizza ovens and knives, following safety standards.
• Protect quality and safety through cleanliness and proper handling of dishware.
• Maintain sanitation standards across food prep and service areas.
• Assist with support tasks as directed by culinary leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to feedback or concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain equipment and tools.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to obtain required food handler permits within two weeks.
• No prior work experience required; some state regulations may require a work permit.
