About the role

The Breakfast Server delivers exceptional guest service in a courteous and efficient manner within the breakfast area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Accommodate guest requests
• Support beverage and food service tasks, including preparing drinks, resetting tables, and handling dishware
• Communicate effectively with guests and other departments
• Perform cashiering duties at shift close
• Follow opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety regulations
