Part Time - Breakfast Server

Role Overview We are seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional tableside service, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's standards. The role involves preparing the dining area, learning menu details to recommend food and beverages, accurately taking and communicating orders, and building rapport with guests. Servers proactively address guest needs, resolve challenges, and maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout their shift. They also assist in emergency procedures and support additional tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities Prepare service areas and stock suppliesLearn menu items and suggest recommendationsAccurately record orders and communicate with kitchen and barEngage with guests to ensure a positive experienceAddress guest requests and resolve issues collaborativelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurantFollow emergency protocols and assist guests accordinglySupport additional tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills Effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsCapable of lifting up to 30 pounds and maneuvering frequentlyProficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
