Part Time - Breakfast Server

About the Role

We are seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional tableside service, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's standards. The role involves preparing the dining area, learning menu details to recommend food and beverages, accurately taking and communicating orders, and building rapport with guests. Servers proactively address guest needs, resolve challenges, and maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout their shift. They also assist in emergency procedures and support additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service areas and stock supplies
• Learn menu items and suggest recommendations
• Accurately record orders and communicate with kitchen and bar
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive experience
• Address guest requests and resolve issues collaboratively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Follow emergency protocols and assist guests accordingly
• Support additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and maneuvering frequently
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
