Part Time Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Morning Breakfast Attendant to join our team in Gilbert AZ at the brand-new Springhill Suites located in the SanTan Village area. This role is essential in providing guests with a warm, welcoming breakfast experience and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service or related fields. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are stocked, fresh, and appealingAssist with food preparation, including basic cooking and meal assembly as neededMaintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipmentBusing tables and removing used dishes to ensure a tidy dining spaceGreet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout breakfast hoursHandle food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practicesRestock supplies and assist with inventory management for breakfast itemsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flowUphold hotel standards of hospitality, guest relations, and customer service excellence Experience Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not necessaryKitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is advantageousCustomer service skills including phone etiquette and guest relations are essentialKnowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is requiredHospitality experience within a hotel setting is desirable but not mandatoryStrong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are necessary This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest services.
