Part Time Brand Ambassador

About the role

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, contribute to achieving sales goals, and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
• Understand and utilize sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards across all touchpoints of the brand's policies and procedures.
• Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and promote brand offerings.
• Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
• Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
• Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
• Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).

Requirements

A retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Must possess effective communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, and perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to climb moderately.
