The Opportunity

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of contact for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a crucial role in delivering an elevated customer experience, fostering brand connections, and supporting daily studio operations. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends. Brand Ambassadors can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives
  • Capture high-quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists
  • Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next steps in their journey
  • Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
  • Support backend operational tasks (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
  • Operate studio facilities (refreshments, maintenance requests)
  • Support day-to-day studio operations as needed

What You Bring

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
  • Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
  • Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • 18 years old minimum
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Prior experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce highly preferred

Where Permitted by Law

  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records

Physical Requirements

  • The ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation

The compensation range for this position varies by location and is determined based on job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, certifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
