Part Time Brand Ambassador
About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, contribute to sales goals, and grow professionally within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring proper sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company training sessions and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Balance tasks effectively, prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience and ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
- Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (when required).
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues, contributing to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately. Must also be able to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods, and work flexible schedules.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Skills
Customer service skills, understanding of sales objectives, and the ability to collaborate and prioritize tasks effectively.
